ABOUT KELLY
Based on the U.S. East Coast, Kelly Stirling's professional career actually started in her hometown of New Orleans,
Louisiana where she grew up watchingher mother putting on makeup everyday, always asking if she could have whatever items her mother was no longer using.
She loved going with her mother to
the beauty parlor twice a week so
her mother could get her usual, a shampoo-set.
Kelly would watch Miss Ruby or Miss Celie set her mother's hair in rollers and sit her under the dryer. They would put a few rollers in Kelly's hair and while her mother would sit under a dryer with a coca-cola in one hand and a cigarette in the other, Kelly would sit at the next dryer with her own coca-cola in one hand and an un-lit cigarette in the other pretending to be a 'lady at the beauty parlor'. It was the late 60's - early 70's - you could do those kinds of things back then and no one would call Child Protective Services.
By the eighth grade Kelly was the neighborhood
kitchen beautician ! Having two older sisters,
she would cut their hair as well as
their friends' with kitchen scissors!

Kelly trained professionally for her Cosmetology License in New Orleans, at Roth Academy of Cosmetology & the 
Academy of Scientific Hair Design.
Academy of Scientific Hair Design.After working in New Orleans area salons and on print and commercials for a few years, she moved to Los Angeles. And after working in Hollywood for several years she moved to NYC.
In addition to launching
GlamForce Cosmetics
her own cosmetic line in the Summer of 2010, Kelly is also
the East Coast Make-Up Artist,

Having worked with national and international photographers, she learned the most important aspects of how make-up photographs under various types of lighting and she uses that expertise to design the perfect application style for each client in every situation. Her unique style and flawless attention to detail has been featured in magazine editorials, print campaigns, on fashion runways, in film and on television.
Kelly's primary concern is customer satisfaction, and she always delivers! Her clients' needs are the forefront of every project and she is often commissioned to travel to locations around the world to attend to their needs. She works exclusively with professional products formulated for film, though they are different from the everyday products available in department and specialty stores, they look no differently in person yet give an extremely polished look on film. Kelly is a member of several business organizations,
has lived and worked in NY for the past 15 years and resides with her son Oliver and their dog Duke.
